Great customer service! Mia was super sweet from beginning to end. Our furnace was blowing cool air and we got assigned to them from our warranty service. Appt was set the very next day. Made it to our house early too due to being ahead of schedule. JD was very fast, was done fixing the issue in less than 30 minutes!! Thennnn, Mia followed up next day to make sure everything was still working ok. Overall great experience with them and wanted to share how we appreciate the good service. Keep up the awesome work! Ty again!
We had been having issues with our furnace for a while, and with bad weather coming in, we didn’t want to risk being without heat. We called for service and the lady on the phone was so sweet and professional. They were able to come out quickly and fix the issue. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and got everything taken care of. Thank you for such great service

Our furnace stopped working yesterday, they didn't get the request from our warranty company until this morning, and managed to get someone out within three hours of our calling in to check on it! Holly and Mia were super concerned about us working from home and relying on space heaters when it's supposed to be 2 degrees tonight, and were incredible at fitting us in.
JD got here even earlier than anticipated, had everything examined and sorted and even fixed another issue we hadn't noticed in record time, all while being incredibly friendly and explaining things so even my very non HVAC familiar mind could understand them! Can't say enough good things, and we're so happy to be warm again within less than six hours of their knowing we were in the cold!
Dillon‘s team of Phoenix and Carson were courteous, friendly and very professional and all that they did. They do it right the first time. Julian’s Heating & Air comes highly recommended by me for anyone needing HVAC work. The equipment works flawlessly.
Pleasant and took time to explain and answer any questions regarding my new unit. Also, considerate to use tarp to protect walkways and vacuumed after the install. Julian’s has been very good to work with through our process!
