Our air went out about a month ago and we filed a warranty claim. The initial company that was sent out replaced a fuse. We told them that replacing the fuse has been done multiple times and we felt there may be a deeper problem, but the guy left since the air was working again. We filed again and the same company came out and told us to just change our filters. We did and our air went out completely. We filed warranty again and we’re so glad we did, because then JD from Julian’s heating and Air came…and JD cared. He listened to our ongoing saga we had with the fuse replacements and when he found that our fuse had popped, he said “now we need to find out why your fuse keeps popping”. Finally someone who cared to look into the root cause and not just put a bandaid on our issue. JD found the root cause of our hvac issues today that no one else has even cared to explore. He cared to get to the bottom of it. He seemed to have real empathy and care for the heat my family was experiencing and seemed to genuinely want to resolve this problem for us…. For once and for all! JD’s knowledge blew us away, but also his ability to explain everything to us in a customer friendly way was incredible. He truly went above and beyond and even taught us things we can do to better maintain our hvac system. And…I also must mention how nice he was…just great customer service all around. We didn’t feel like a check off his list for the day, we felt like customers he cared about. I guess you could say, we were blown away😄 JD, it was one of the most amazing experiences of our life! 😁

I contacted Julian's Heating and Air in the early afternoon because one of my outdoor units wasn't working. They are a local and family owned business with great reviews! I was confident they would do a good job. Dispatch sent James, my tech, who had the system diagnosed and a solution by 5pm same day. Holly calls me the next morning stating she is looking into a possible warranty through previous home owners! I unfortunately was out of warranty but how professional and courteous of them to attempt! Turns out my 9 year old unit blew an accumulator, whatever the heck that is. LOL! Part comes in we are ready to roll! Unit spitting out 54 degrees! Booyah! They saved me a full unit replacement that can cost upwards of $15k. 10/10 highly recommend to anyone! Honest, punctual, fairly priced, and problem solvers.

I highly recommend Julian’s Heating and Air. My AC went out, and they came out, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed in no time. The entire experience was straightforward and stress-free, with no unnecessary runaround or pressure to replace the whole system. It is refreshing to find an HVAC company that focuses on solving the actual problem and taking care of the customer. I will definitely call Julian’s again for any future heating or air-conditioning needs.

We called Julian's needing the A/C at our office space repaired quickly. They identified the issue and had it repaired in no time. They were very professional and accommodating to what we needed. Their staff was very friendly, had great communication and went above and beyond for our needs. We recommend them to anyone needing great service and we plan to use them for all of our future needs.

We contacted Julian's Heating and Air initially as part of our home warranty plan. The individual who did the initial assessment was genuine and explained what was needed in clear terms. We ended up using Julian to replace our whole unit. Replacing the unit went as planned, everybody did a great job, was very professional, and did the job as completed. Dillon came back a couple of weeks later to replace our intake vent in the hallway...and everything went just as smooth as the first time. Dillon is a great fellow and everyone at Julian's is always easy to talk with.
