Highly recommend James Julian’s company for HVAC repairs and service. James had my issues diagnosed and did a solid repair. He was personable and professional. My unit is older but explained I’m selling my house and not looking to replace the whole system. He just fixed what I needed- I appreciate that. James saved the day and my sanity. Gail was great on the phone and called early the next day to check on everything. I would trust Julian’s for future needs. 5 stars! Thank you!

I contacted Julian's Heating and Air in the early afternoon because one of my outdoor units wasn't working. They are a local and family owned business with great reviews! I was confident they would do a good job. Dispatch sent James, my tech, who had the system diagnosed and a solution by 5pm same day. Holly calls me the next morning stating she is looking into a possible warranty through previous home owners! I unfortunately was out of warranty but how professional and courteous of them to attempt! Turns out my 9 year old unit blew an accumulator, whatever the heck that is. LOL! Part comes in we are ready to roll! Unit spitting out 54 degrees! Booyah! They saved me a full unit replacement that can cost upwards of $15k. 10/10 highly recommend to anyone! Honest, punctual, fairly priced, and problem solvers.

We called Julian's needing the A/C at our office space repaired quickly. They identified the issue and had it repaired in no time. They were very professional and accommodating to what we needed. Their staff was very friendly, had great communication and went above and beyond for our needs. We recommend them to anyone needing great service and we plan to use them for all of our future needs.

Very easy to call and talk to someone to ask question and get update. I rate the technician as very good, it took an extra trip to get my problem fixed but this is partly because my system is so old. Tech explained what he was doing and answered all my questions--he wore shoe covers in my house and used meter to test with. I would be happy to have him do future service work. I did rate home warranty one star for same service work, I doubt very much problem was power surge but they will argue and wear you down.

I had two bathroom lighted exhaust fans installed this week by Julian's Heating & Air. My technician was Dillon. On time, polite, got right to work, was efficient, cleaned up the work space in both bathrooms after installing new exhaust fans/lights, and made sure to test them.both before leaving. He even helped replace the light chain in the attic when we found the chain had broken off. I can always trust that repairs done by Julian's techs will be done well. Thank you, Dillon.
